Introduction

As the first designer at Airmeet, my focus was on streamlining product deployment from ideation phase to final execution and boosting user acquisition and retention. This included overseeing the product-design-tech pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new features, establishing a design culture for new team members, and maintaining high design standards.

As Airmeet experienced rapid growth and expansion, the need for a systematic approach became imperative.
